Do you ship to my country?
We ship all unlocked mobile phones worldwide to any country from our warehouses based in New York, California, and Hong Kong. Shipping
for some accessories in our store are only available to USA and Canada
residents and will be stated as such in the listings. Many accessories,
however, are available for worldwide shipping. More shipment info can
be found near the price in each product listing.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. Unlocked cell phones are shipped via FedEx Express and require a
valid phone number from the customer so that FedEx can contact the
customer during delivery if needed. Please provide a valid number at
checkout in order not to delay shipment.
2. Shipments to countries other than the USA may incur a customs and
duty fee. The customer is solely responsible for these fees Please
check with your countries customs agency to learn more about these
fees. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

Processing Time vs. Shipping Time:
Processing time is
the time necessary to process the payment, pull & assemble the
item, ready the order for shipping and que the order to be sent out
with the carrier. Each item may have a different processing time (see
"Availability" on the product page), but usually items require 1
business day for processing.
Shipping
Time or Transit Time is the estimated time it takes for the item to be
shipped to the customer based on the method of delivery chosen at check
out. Choosing an expedited service does not reduce the amount of time
required for processing, only the amount of time it will take for the
deliver service to deliver the item.
Shipping Times:
Orders
for unlocked cell phones are shipped via FedEx Express and usually take
1-3 Business days for delivery, depending on location. Once your item has shipped you will be notified by email with a tracking number.
No Sales Tax
Customers
do not have to pay sales tax for any order being shipped outside of the
state of New York. Customers within the state of New York pay 8.25%
sales tax.
