Beyond 7 days, all problems with purchases will need to be dealt with the manufacturer in the USA or abroad. Customer has option of purchasing extended parts & labor warranty plans on our site or through squaretrade.com .

Returned
items without an approval RMA (Return Material Authorization) number
from the seller will not be processed.
All
returns for DOA (dead on arrival) items, (example: phone won't turn on)
can be returned within 5 days of receiving the package. (We are not
responsible for customer purchasing the wrong item that is not
compatible with their service.)
All other returns (example:
customer changes mind, or not compatible with phone carrier) are
subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer will also be responsible for
any return shipping to our warehouse. A RMA number must be issued
within 14 days.
Upon receiving the
potential defective item from the buyer, the seller will examine and
test for the defective claim that was made by the buyer. In
the event of returning the product,
buyer is fully responsible for the products safety return to us. Item
must be received within 9 days after the issue of RMA. The return
merchandize should include the RMA number that was issued by the seller
BigTimeWireless.com, buyers full name, shipping address, contact phone
number,
and the reason for return. All accessories and manuals must also be
included inside the package as the buyer originally received it. There
should be no tears, scratches or marks on the package or items in the
package. Return
merchandise should be double boxed and well packed. Any missing parts,
damaged items or inappropriate information will not be accepted. The
standard replacement shipping by BIGTIME WIRELESS will be ground
shipping or
the equivalent subject to be determined by BIGTIME WIRELESS.
We
highly recommend purchasing a squaretrade warranty that will replace,
repair or refund your purchase even for accidental and water damages.
